The Children’s Arts Festival for kids and teens is a part of the larger Decatur Arts Festival, and it kicks off on Saturday, 5/23 at 9:45 a.m. with a children’s parade. To join the parade, line up at the corner of Church and Commerce and feel free to decorate your flot (bike, wagon, tricycle, etc.)
