I remember learning to knit with my Grandma when I was a child. It was about the only time that I ever saw her slow down. The relaxing activity made it possible to have long conversations that I still remember today. I’d love to have the opportunity to bond over knitting with my children, but I have since lost all of my knitting skills.
If you’ve ever enjoyed knitting or want to try it for the first time, you can take a knitting series with Hoopla and Alex from Lil’ Sprout Knits. The classes cost $80 for series of 4 classes or $25 per class. Classes meet on Thursday nights at 7pm.
