The Decatur Minute, which I believe is the newest Decatur blog in town, just posted an article about the Oakhurst Arts and Music Festival coming up this Saturday, October 11th. This family friendly festival will take place at Harmony park located at Eastlake and Oakview.

The festival begins at 10am and lasts until 7pm. If you are an early bird, be sure to come at 8am for the Oakhurst 5K Arts Run which begins in front of One Step At A Time. Musical entertainment is ongoing and wraps up with a concert by Heaven Davis Band from 5 until 7pm. Free children’s activities begin at 10am and the parade is at 2pm.
