- Safety 1st Toilet and Cabinet Locks Recalled Due to Lock Failure; Children Can Gain Unintended Access to Water and Dangerous Items May 17, 2012Young children can disengage the locks. Dorel Juvenile Group has received 278 reports of cabinet locks and 110 reports of toilet locks that did not adequately secure cabinets and toilets.
